4. Potential Delays

5. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
In case of an error in the indicated address, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the package.

6. Lost or Blocked Packages

If a package is declared lost by the carrier or remains without an update for an abnormal period, an investigation will be opened.
A reshipment or refund may be offered once the investigation is completed, depending on the situation.
