Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on the Harnies website. By placing an order, the purchaser accepts these terms in full without reservation.

1. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Images may differ slightly from the final product due to supplier variations or screen settings.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change at any time. Delivery charges are shown prior to checkout.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the price and product description. The customer must verify the accuracy of their details (address, email, etc.) when ordering.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

5. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, stock availability, and destination. Exceptional delays may occur; in such cases, we remain available via email.

6. Returns & Right to Cancel

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods. All requests must be sent to: contact@fiiichtre.com Products must be returned in perfect condition.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
