These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on the Fiiichtre! website.

By confirming an order, the buyer unreservedly accepts all of the provisions below.

1. Products

The products offered are described with the greatest possible precision.
Images may differ slightly from the final product depending on suppliers or screen variations.

2. Prices

Prices displayed are in euros (€).
They may be modified at any time.
Delivery fees are indicated before validation.

3. Order

Any order implies acceptance of the price and product description.
The customer must verify the accuracy of their information (address, email, etc.) when ordering.

4. Payment

Payments are secured via the providers offered on the site (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

5. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, stock, or destination.
Exceptional delays may occur; in this case, we remain available by email.

6. Returns & withdrawal

In accordance with European law, the buyer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt of the order.
